Meet Bill

Bill, wife Gwen and daughter Kayleigh have been proud residents of Oakville for nearly 25 years. 

Bill embarked on a career in the high-tech communications sector in 1980 upon earning his B.A. (Hons) degree.  Bill has achieved exceptional success and experience here in Oakville as well as in overseas markets.

Throughout the early 1990’s Bill both lived and worked in Oakville serving as Regional Customer Service Manager for a major communications company.  This experience accentuated his knowledge of Oakville and of the people living in his chosen town of residence.

In the later half of the 90’s Bill acquired an exciting new sales and marketing position, serving western European markets from the U.K. based division of his communications company.  He travelled extensively throughout this marketplace negotiating and securing multi-million dollar contracts with the senior personnel of organizations such as Eircom, British Telecom, Nortel, Portugal Telecom and Mercury Communications. 

Early in this new millennium, Bill assumed a new challenge as a senior director of a high-tech wireless Internet company.  As Director of International Operations and Business Development, Bill successfully focussed on securing contracts in new markets and within untapped vertical sectors.

In early 2003, Bill’s passion for new personal challenges found him bringing to actuality his long-term zeal for the world of real estate through his appointment as a sales representative here in Oakville.  His high-tech background has translated into his real estate business where he is a strong believer in employing the latest technologies and marketing techniques available to promote properties and service clients.  A comprehensive personal website, instant and thorough communications via email and traditional communications, feature rich home promotion packages, a personal client rewards program and good old exceptional client service skills are the foundation of Bill’s business. 

Bill treats you like you are his only client and gives you all the attention and care you deserve, best yet, his clients absolutely attest to it.  Bill looks forward to extending a neighbour’s touch to each and every client relationship he has the good fortune to develop.


Meet Sherri

Sherri earned her Bachelor of Arts (Honours) Degree from the University of Toronto in 1994.  Immediately she began a career in the high tech sector as an Inventory Analyst for one of North America's largest computer and technology distributors where she successfully managed several high profile networking product lines, developed strong process management procedures, and gained valuable logistics experience. 

In 1997 she was approached by a business colleague starting his own company to create process management systems, develop best standards and design standard operating procedures. 

Word spread through her business and personal network and by late 1998 Sherri began a consultancy practice specializing in partnering with SOHOS (Small Office Home Office).  Her main contracts were with a Telecom company, an Event Management company, a Technology company and a REALTOR®.  

It was while working in real estate behind the scenes, that Sherri knew it was what she was meant to do.  She received her Real Estate License in late 2001.  Her background and strengths were a natural fit right from the start and she approached her career development systematically mastering real estate administration, marketing techniques, process models and technology systems thoroughly. 

What that has meant to her clients is that they can always be certain no detail is overlooked, communication is always a priority, and that she has the experience and knowledge to make sure that each real estate transaction is as stress free and well managed as possible.

Sherri always strives to improve her best practices and real estate standards and keeps pace with the latest technology, trends, and innovations that will benefit her real estate clients -- saving them time, money and inconvenience.  

As a resident of Oakville since 2000, Sherri looks forward to serving all her friends, their family and the residents of our diverse community of Halton with all their residential real estate needs.


Meet Gianna

Gianna is committed to providing unparalleled customer service throughout the real estate process.  She is passionate about developing long, trusting relationships with all of her clients.  Gianna prides herself on building her business with your valued referrals and repeat business.  She will always focus on understanding your needs and goals whether buying or selling.  Gianna's personal promise to you is that she will always provide prompt, courteous, dedicated and professional service.  Giana will continually work hard to earn your business and even harder to keep it.


Meet Rick

Rick and his wife Melanie are both residents of Oakville.  Rick is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree.  Rick previously worked in the printing industry where teamwork was an essential part of his work environment.  Rick's goal is to combine personal service with dedication and enthusiasm while meeting and exceeding his clients expectations.  In his spare time Rick likes to run, golf, as well as downhill ski.

Rick joined The Moro/Pinto Team in 2008 and he looks forward to working and prospering in the team environment once again!
