  • Assist you through the process of home inspection and buyer/seller agreement concerning responsibility for property condition and items included with the sale of the property.
  • Counsel you throughout up to and after closing procedures, to make sure that your interests are well protected.

Pre-Qualify

You will receive all these services absolutely free.  You don't pay for any services  with us.  It's in our best interest to work quickly, diligently and use all our resources to help you meet your goals.  We are compensated for our work by commissions paid by the seller when the property closes.
